Our Story

After years of being a victim to diet culture, struggling with little to no confidence, and hating what I saw in the mirror, I reached a point where I knew something had to change. In 2021 I began my fitness journey which led me to launch RPMfit coaching in 2024 with the mission of being the coach I once needed.

My journey into coaching was shaped through discipline, resilience and learning how to build trust within my mind and body. During my fitness journey I've learned that true progress does not come from a quick fix, but rather a long-term sustainable approach, the proper strategy, consistency, and self belief.

In 2026, I brought Laura Rowan-Legg on as a coach to expand RPMfit coaching. Laura was my very first bikini client to step on stage, and from the beginning, I admired her unwavering work ethic, discipline, and constant drive for improvement. As she was completing her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, it became clear that her passion for helping others extended far beyond her own prep. Combining her firsthand experience as an athlete with her academic background and genuine desire to support others in reaching their goals, bringing Laura onto the team felt like a natural next step.

Meet your coaches

Rosalie Pellerin-MacDonald
Owner/Coach

Rose’s fitness journey began in 2021, driven by a desire to feel more confident and comfortable in her own skin. For years she struggled with negative feelings about her body, food restriction, yo-yo dieting phases and constantly trying to be the smallest version of herself. For years she felt lost and hopeless until one day she decided to get herself into the gym and stick with it. Along the way, she discovered a passion for bodybuilding, which led her to embark on her competition career. Through her experiences in the gym and on stage, Rose realized her true calling was to inspire and guide others, which motivated her to launch her own coaching business in 2024. Committed to providing the highest level of support and expertise, she graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University in 2025 with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, allowing her to dedicate herself fully to helping clients achieve their health, fitness, and confidence goals.

Laura Rowan-Legg
Coach

Laura grew up playing sports and began struggling with disordered eating and exercise habits in her final year of high school. In 2017, during her first year of university, she discovered weight training as a way to build muscle and work toward a healthier relationship with her body and mind. While she developed a strong passion and consistency with training, she faced ongoing challenges with nutrition, including patterns of binge eating that impacted her progress. After graduating from Mount Allison University in 2021 with a degree in Psychology, Laura became more intentional about healing her relationship with food and her body while deepening her understanding of performance-based training and sustainable progress. This journey led her to bodybuilding, and in 2024 she became a client with RPM fit coaching. Competing in her first shows in 2025, she fell in love with the sport. Now in her final year of a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, Laura aims to integrate her knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and mental health to help clients navigate their fitness journeys in a way that supports both physical performance and psychological well-being.
